World Parkinsons Day - raising awareness with the BBC!

For World Parkinsons Awareness Day on 11th April 2024, BBC Look East visited Everyone Active in Hitchin to see an exercise class for people living with Parkinsons.
John Molyneux, Director of Molyfit, specialises in supporting people with Parkinsons to exercise and manage their symptoms. He has produced a free e-guide of exercises to support those with Parkinsons.
Herts Sport and Physical Activity Partnership have funded training for Everyone Active staff across Hertfordshire through the Live Longer Better in Hertfordshire movement. This enables staff to be more inclusive to those with Parkinsons and is delivered by John Molyneux, MolyFit.
